Capturing small birds in flight is very difficult, and your best bet is to try and catch them as they take off. In this picture the head and eyes are sharp with movement in the wings. I would crop in a little to see more of the bird, and reduce the brightness/increase the contrast.

I think this is a nice shot, I would have liked to see the background a bit more blurred and for the bird to fill a bit more of the frame. Otherwise, you've caught a nice display of feathers from this little guy.
