Bottisham and Burwell Photographic Club

Established in 1973, the club has become well known both locally and nationally for the high standard of its photographic work. There is a wide range of abilities from beginners to experienced photographers. The club is affiliated to The Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) through the East Anglian Federation of Photographic Societies (EAF) which has some 120 member clubs. The club is well represented in the EAF with a founder member serving on the EAF Committee and two having served as President of the EAF. In November 2013 the club celebrated its 40th Anniversary by staging a very successful Exhibition of members’ work in Burwell when over 200 prints were displayed, together with an audio visual presentation of digital images. The official opening was conducted by Keith Heppell, chief photographer with Cambridge Newspapers Ltd.
