Hire Deposit Information

The first time you hire equipment from us we will usually ask you for a deposit. The value of this deposit will depend on the value of the item, the length of hire and the delivery location. Before we process your order we will contact you to agree the deposit. All deposits will be returned immediately on satisfactory return of the hired equipment.

We also need to verify your address for our insurers and get a signed contract returned to us. We will send you the contract when you place your order, you can return this to us electronically. We also need you to send in 2 utility statements with your billing address and name shown on them. This is usually only for your first hire. We may request a deposit where there is an increased risk, such as leaving the UK, or where an increased risk of water damage may be involved.

FIRST HIRE REQUIREMENTS

SECOND HIRE REQUIREMENTS

* Please note that if we can suitably verify your identification we may use our discretion not to hold a deposit. We may decide to take a pre-authorisation to the full cost of the lens. If there is a dispute of any sort we will usually retain the deposit or we may charge the payment card for the full value of the lens where a deposit has not been taken until the dispute is settled.
