Melbourne Photographic Society
http://melbournephotographicsociety.org.uk/ ESTABLISHED: 1921
he Society has members ranging from complete novices to professional photographers. You may only want to know the basics to help you take better shots of your family or holidays, or you may be an experienced photographer looking to compete against other local photography clubs. We cater for everyone. Membership is open to all regardless of their level of photographic expertise. Melbourne Photographic Society prides itself on being a friendly organisation and visitors and new members are always made to feel welcome. Some of our members are active or retired professional photographers, whilst others are just learning the basics – and with a whole range in between. The Society has an active programme of visiting speakers, internal and external competitions and members’ nights.
