Dorchester Camera Club

The club was founded in about 1936 by a group of local enthusiasts headed by a very respected surgeon, Dr. Russell Stevens. At the time he lived in West Walks House and he kindly allowed the club to use his dark room which was in the stables. The club is affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) and a is member of the Western Counties Photographic Federation (WCPF).
